Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, UMAA will be unable to host the in-person Homecoming activities originally scheduled for the week of Sept. 21-26 which sadly, includes the 50, 60 and 70-year class reunions.
Next Homecoming (Oct. 2, 2021), we hope to bring the classes of 1950, 1951, 1960, 1961, 1970 and 1971 back to campus to reconnect with each other. We will have plans for three fun-filled days of events celebrating all of you including a dinner to honor your classes and induction into the Montana Treasurers.
Please know that the health and safety of all our Griz Family members are our top priority, on and off campus. We did not make this decision lightly, after careful consideration and collaboration with UM Administration, Grizzly Athletics, the UM Foundation, and Missoula County and City officials. Because many of our Homecoming traditions are open to everyone, we would not be able to accurately monitor the capacity or social-distancing measures at each event.
We appreciate all your support during these unusual times and look forward to welcoming you back to campus next fall.
