100 Years of Homecoming: Montana Forever 1919-2019

Please note the 2019 Homecoming Parade application will be available online Monday, July 8.

The University of Montana's Homecoming is a festive week for alumni, friends, students and community members.

Each year, countless alumni return to campus to take part in the traditional Homecoming festivities, including the Hello Walk, Distinguished Alumni Award ceremony, Yell Night Pep Rally, Homecoming Parade, Homecoming Tailgate and the Homecoming football game.

This year's game against Idaho State University will take place Saturday, Oct. 5, with all of your favorite UMAA-sponsored events beginning Monday, Sept. 30.

Alumni from the School of Journalism and the Alexander Blewett III School of Law who participated in The Grace Case Project will reunite for a panel discussion about the way social media has changed the way courts and legal issues are covered in the media. The project used Twitter and a blog to provide real-time news coverage and timely analysis of the 2009 federal criminal prosecution of five W.R. Grace executives and managers.
