2026 UM Homecoming Parade

There's No Place Like Home—and there's no better way to celebrate Homecoming than by joining the parade!

The UM Homecoming Parade begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, traveling through downtown Missoula along its historic route: south on Higgins Avenue, across the Beartracks Bridge and east on University Avenue to campus. We invite alumni, students, campus partners, community organizations, businesses and friends to be part of this cherished tradition by creating an entry that brings this year's Homecoming theme, No Place Like Home, to life.

Register Early — Only 100 Parade Entries Available

To provide the best experience for participants and spectators alike, the 2026 Homecoming Parade is limited to 100 paid entries. Registration will close once all 100 spots have been claimed, so don't wait to reserve your place.
