UM Alum Combines Passions to Create a Unique Small Business in Seattle.

Griz alum Aaron Lindstrom loves music. He also loves to make chocolate. The two passions merged when he founded Cocoa Legato, a bean-to-bar chocolate factory, café and music venue in Seattle.
