Connect with fellow Griz alumni and friends (virtually, of course) and enjoy reading, lifelong learning and personal growth.
Each author will participate in a Zoom discussion with alumni and friends on the dates listed below.
Authors will talk about their experience at UM, how their book came to be and answer participant questions. When you register for the events you will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance.
The Alumni Association is excited to announce the launch of a virtual book club for our alumni and friends. Together, we’ll read books by UM authors, share thoughts and ideas on a private Facebook group and wrap up with a virtual discussion with the author via Zoom. There is no cost to participate – all you have to do is get a copy of the book - through your local library, Shakespeare & Co, Fact & Fiction your local book store or online – to enjoy. Choose one or all discussions, whatever works best for you.
We will hold discussions with the authors via Zoom, where they will discuss their experience at UM, how the book manifested and answer participant questions. Participants can submit questions in advance when they register for the events.
All discussions will begin at 6:30 p.m. (MTN)
